We love chesee fries but we can never get the cheese to stay melted when we make them at homr. the cheese always hardens as soon as we take it out of the microwave. and tricks?

try mixing some milk or half and half in the cheese when you melt it

Start your base with a bechemal sauce, then add the cheese into that.

it has to stay warm keep it in one of the small poupourri burners a new and clean one
