Most likely no. Boys keep growing untill they are 18-20. I stopped at 15. I was 5'8 at 13, 5'10 at 15 and stayed there. Thanks to great designers today, you can find great shoes that add a couple of inches. Be proud to be petite!

you're only 15, you still have some potential growing years left. growth varies from person to person -- some experience a growth spurt in middle school and then simply stop, while others can even grow a few inches in college! it depends; genes can play a role, too. however, my parents are both short people, but i ended up being taller than both of them. don't lose hope if you're wanting to be taller

You have to eat good, and stay active. You have about 10 years to go. They say girls stop growing between 18-25 years old. No Coke, No Smokes, No toxicities.

it's possible. most girls stop growing around 4 years after their first regular period.
atleast this way, you can wear heels. i am 5'10 and if i wear heels all of a sudden i'm 6'
i mean if there were more tall guys that wouldn't be problem.
5'4" is average so i'd say you're pretty good.
