With the assumption that you're talking about your erection - get to an ER, now.
Unlike the joke in that car commercial, this is not a scheduling problem.
Anything more than 4 hours can result in damage, simply because of the lack of blood flow. So, unless you want to risk gangrene, get to an ER now.
