I would have to say Matt would win it. But it would be hard to say in reality.

If Matt fought his Fight he might have a chance. But Franklin is a huge Middleweight and walks around at about 210. I would put my Money on rich, because Size does matter in a fight and he's better rounded than Hughes.
That does not mean I would count Hughes out though. He's freakishly strong and has a lot of experience.
