Is it acceptable to buy your girlfriend a...?

Question

pole-dancing kit. I've had various views on this, including:
- how long your should have been seeing each other for before you purchase the item
- whether or not she would actually feel complimented that you've chosen to view her gyrating naked as opposed to some professionals in a club
- how much cash she could expect you to tuck into her pants if she showed off her newly learnt skills to you and...
- if it would be acceptable to use monopoly money.
So please all feel free to share to views on this, especially the ladies.

i think it sounds like fun, especially with the monopoly money as it takes any possible sleezyness out of the situation. If she is comfortable and confident anyway, i reckon you'll have a ball. If my boyfriend got me one id def give it a go. Maybe throw in a bottle of vodka to get things kick started too, and dont forget the music!!! have fun!

If a pole dancing kit is the best item you can think of buying your girlfriend then it doesn't matter how long you've been seeing each other, so go ahead and buy it since you want to view her only as a sex object, and you want her to enjoy being seen as the same. You're on the wrong track. Don't look forward to having this girl friend for a long time. Those professionals at the club as you call them,do it only because they don't have any other skills that will earn them the same amount of money.
Grow up first, then make your own decisions.

Only if:

a) she is really hot
b) she can dance really well
c) she can act naturally sexy
d) she is really fit and agile
e) she is comfortable about the whole thing
f) she is confident about her own body
g) she looks great with very little on
h) she's even slightly interested in pole dancing
i) she needs a new exercise routine
j) she's up for making some money and having fun

If she's a fifteen stone munter with major self confidence issues there's little point.

Monopoly money would not be acceptable, the watcher(s) would be expected to at least make it worth her while with a couple of twenties and tens, but I'd think twice before getting your mates round :-)

Good question though, especially when you can ignore the likely morality issues that someone's bound to bring up.

first of all, it really depends on her personality. if she is conservative, DONT get her anything like that. But if you think she is outgoing, this is probably a good idea ONLY IF you give her something else nice and sweet along with this. maybe flowers and chocolate, a teddy bear, jewelry..etc. first question: if you have been together for more than 6 months. second question: depends on her personality, now use your judgement. is she conservative or outgoing? third question: don't put in any real money, that's just stupid, she will think you that you don't love her and you are only looking for a pole-dancing stripper. it would be accpetation to use monopoly money, but make it something that she can exchange to...like maybe every $100 is for a kiss, and $500 for something else. be creative, but don't go too far, girls are sensitive with these kind of stuff.

How long? - time span doesn't matter it's how well you know her

Complimented? - unless she is page 3 material perhaps you should buy a 'tasteful' outfit for her to wear to start off with.

How much? Depends on how much you want to see, monopoly money maybe fun but expect to pay in some other way i.e dinner or a night out somewhere special to show your appreciation.

I think if she is comfortable with it then go for it. The whole money thing... well maybe play money or a few ones just for fun, otherwise it's insulting. I think I would be flattered to recieve a pole dancing kit! Whether I would do it is another story.

if she is very professional strong willed gunna get somewhere in like girl then no she prolly wouldnt like it
