I would like to sweep a best friend off her feet and take our relationship to the next level but unsure how. She is very shy and secluded, and I don't know in what way I can tell her I Love Her. I recently bought her a gift for Christmas and haven't had the chance to give it to her, should I tell her how I feel when I hand her the gift? Is that a good technique? I don't want to come off as being too forward or strong because I don't think she can handle the all that emotion. I just need ideas on how to simply state how I feel, while keeping her comfortable. I have had my reasons to thinking she likes me because of the way she sometimes looks at me by keeping her head down, while looking at me with her eyes or inviting me to go play soccer in a nearby field together. She even said to me she bought me a christmas gift and I took that as a special liking towards me. Please Help!

If she bought you a Christmas present, she definitely likes you.
Being a girl in different relationships, I would know. Especially if she is inviting you to do things with her, she likes you!
Give her the present and tell her how you feel. But first tell her that she doesn't have to say anything, but if she feels the same that you would like to hear what she feels about you.
Just don't pressure her.

The only thing you can really do is tell her how you feel. I think the whole gift idea and then telling her how you feel is a good idea.
Just say something like " ive wanted to tell you this for a while... and blah blah blah"
the only way she will find out is by you telling her.
and i know it might be too much for her but ask her what she thinks if you were to like her.

I would suggest taking the other advice on here... but if it still doesn't work/you think she is too shy to handle directness...
Learn how to dance, and be good at it (I mean slow dancing/etc.) as there are few girls who can resist a guy who dances like a professional. (also you can literally sweep her off her feet if you know the right dancing techniques)

Next time you are around her, act like a complete drunken dorkball. Make a complete idiot out of yourself. Put your arm around her, hug her, play fight a little with her. If she's into you, she'll find you amusing, laugh and go along with it. If she's not, she'll act like you're embarrassing her and repel from your touch.
Once you are comfortable being in her personal space (not during the dorkball routine), you can hug her whenever you want and let things progress from there.

yes tell her how u feel when u give her the gift and ask her in email or sumthing when u should trade gifts.
thats sweet.
just when u give her the presant have a little card and write how u feel down on it.

I don't know about wooing but if you are trying to sweep her off her feet I know a couple of kung fu moves that will put her on her *** in no time.
