Why do I continously get kicked in the balls by women?
Last couple years, it's been standard fair. We meet, talk on the phone, then have a good time (talking and getting to know one another that is) over dinner or coffee and I feel it'll go somewhere.
And then alas, it doesn't. Don't take it like im sheltered, but im in my mid-twenties. What the hell is going on?

Last week I went out with this cool girl, and we really clicked. She and I were very comfortable around each other and I asked her out for this weekend and she said she'd love to. This was about a week before christmas. I have not heard from her since calling her a couple times since. We were supposed to go out tomorrow night. I know she is buying a house and is running around it's the holidays, but really........I get it. She hasn't gotten back to me, so I moved on, but really

Is she interested or is it over? I ask because I felt something with this girl I haven't with anyone else in a long time, a connection that it could go into a relationship.

She seems interested, but busy and stressed out. When I get stressed out I need time alone to decompress. Then I have trouble getting back in contact with people because I'm afraid they are going to me mad at me for abandoning them.
Give her a call, tell her you know she's a busy girl and there's a lot going on. Tell her she needs a drink and you're buying.
Don't pressure her to go out with you ASAP. Just let her know the door is open whenever she's ready.

I'm not sure why you continually get kicked in the balls by women, maybe it's the type of women you go after or it's something you say/do and you don't think it was wrong. You have not moved on or you would not be here asking this question. Why don't you ask her what's going on? It's never too late. Even if you haven't talked in a while just ask, it won't hurt nothing. Worse case scenario is that she says something mean or rude. If she does then she wasn't nothing to start with and you were misled. If your pride is hurt too badly you can always say something crass right back (not recommended though). Sometimes I ignore guys I'm dating just to see how interested they really are, maybe your girl is like that. Or maybe she is with someone else, who knows? Your not going to know until you make that phone call.

Keep in mind that it is the holidays. Call her one last time and if you leave a message, just say something like, I would like to go out with you again and if you agree call me back. Something like that. Don't worry and don't be in a hurry. You'll find that special woman.

The reason why you get kicked in the balls is because you don't know the difference between fair and fare.
