ive been going out with this guy for over 2 months ive only talked to him ova the fone but i kno his cosin very well she got us togetha. he has resently moved to my town.but i havnt met him!! he sounds nice and everything else but will i get a rude shock when and if i meet him.i really dont know what to do he was going to see me but he changed his mind and told me to come and see him i told him i wasnt aloud to go anywhere so he got the shits and went home i kinda keep thinkin it just ppl playin around and after awhile they going to come clean and say who he really is??? i have fallen in love !!! what do i do am i being stupid

You've dated the guy over the phone, so I doubt you're in love - infatuated - but not love.
Tell him you're sorry that the first meeting didn't go well and see if you could meet him again. Don't go to him and don't have him come to you. Meet somewhere in the middle, preferably in a public place. If he still has issues with this, then it's time for you two to move on.

Find someone else. Obviously, if he is in the same town and hasn't made the effort to see you, he doesn't care as much as you do. Get off the phone and go out and meet someone real.
