Well, I really dont know, in my school if there's someone or a group who is popular I dont know about it. I just live my life, hang out with my own group of friends, and that's it. So I cant advice you, but I guess you should do something because of which you'll get known to everybody, winning a contest, or being the smartest student or something, if you are part of some team or something, I dont know, but really I dont think it's the big deal, you know, just be yourself and get your own friends and enjoy these years, dont worry about what other people think about you.

Being popular is not always the best thing. Be yourself and don't compromise what you believe in to get more friends. At the end of the day it doesn't matter who likes you, or how many people know your name, its about being yourself and choosing the path that's right for you. Do that and more often than not, you will be liked, and not for something you're not

Popularity, in the end, is only partly about how others see you. Your reputation may fade and change over time, and the only thing you can/should do about that is stay absolutely true to yourself.

Be yourself, never force to act like someone that you aren't because the people that you are trying to impress will definitely smell it on you. Be outgoing, try not to act shy. Just go up to people and start a conversation about something interesting.

Be yourself, and jus chat to everyone and be cheerful. Help people out when you can, and you'll see. People will start to give you some props. Also - hit as many parties as you can - dont do anything stupid at them, and get in with the girls!!! jus dont get perceived as the gay friend...itll all be up from there
