What are the reasons why a guy might contantly look at a girl, like being able to pick herout of a crowd, and make eye contact with her...then when the girl looks at him, he doesn't look away?

That is considered ''flirting'' and I wouldn't be surprised if the liberals outlaw it. A true gentleman will perhaps stare at a women admiring her beauty, but will redirect his eyes if noticed by the lady. This is done so as not to upset the lady or give her the wrong impression (that he wants to flirt!).

Sometimes I am just staring without even looking at a woman. Just looking into space. I have caught myself doing that before and women thought I was trying to pick up on them. But if I were to look at a woman obviously it would be a pleasant looking one.

He finds her to be pretty or sexually appealing. He dosent look away because he wants you to know he notices you. He wants you to smile or stare back so he knows its safe to go to the next step whuch is actually talking to you. This does not mean he thinks your interesting or someone he'd like to date necessarily but at the least he's interested in having sex with you which is mostly likely it since he knows nothing about you.

She may be pretty or have a hideous deformity we are looking at. She may have a great bod or a nice ars we look because we like looking at beautiful things which is why God put woman on earth.

yea cuz i loved a girl and i would alwase look at her and she would look back at me and smile (sort of) but i really thought that i had a chance w/ her but i dont think i ever will
