If you are low income then the state will help track him down and take him to court, they can use his social security number to find out where he works.

Good luck

The court needs proof from you that he does not reside with you, e.g. is the house or the lease agreement (if the house is leased) registered in his name or jointly with yours? If its in both names than I'm afraid the court can't assist you much because legally that is his residing address. The next step would be to proof that you both are not living under one roof. This would be slightly difficut unless you've got friends or neighbors to vouch for you in court. If all the above fails then I suggest you move to another location. Take care!

Do you know his parents address? Or any family member? Is your support court ordered? And he's just not paying it? There is a (I think its called) Support Kids. Something like that. You send them copies of your order and they track him down and make him pay his current and back support. (They do charge you a fee to do this, so you might want to check into it before you commit to it). If he doesn't show up for court, the court should issue a bench warrant for him (at least they do in my state). Good Luck

In our county deputies serve papers. You do not serve the papers county does, they serve you. Communicate with them that serve and meet somewhere. IF the man drives a taxi. Name,Number of taxi. Arrange for [his] taxi to pick you up at a downtown coffee shop . Lo and Be Hold. that person serving papers may be in your same position.

Call the district attorney in your county.

If you can afford it, hire a PI to find the ex husband. Then, pursue him like the dog that he is.
