Im doing a paper on breeding dogs and the development of puppies, if there is someone in the vetrinary field or from previous experience that I could interview that would be awesome

its best to ask a breeder who's been doin it for years and not some newbie.you can find contacts at your local veterinary clinic or newspaper or the ever but not all the time reliable Internet

Either call a local vet or vet tech or breeder and ask them. Or you can use one of the HUNDRED MILLION web sites that are out there.
