I just noticed that I cannot find my renewed license and the only other one is expired! I'm freaking out my flight is @ 8am tomorrow (Sat.), there is no way for me to get another one.

Air travel has become difficult. I would do the following
1. If you have the passport, take it with you.
2. If you don't have passport, take any an identity card that has your picture e.g. school or university card, your work card.
3. Take your social security card with you.
4. Take valid credit card(s).
I travel frequently and on all international travel they check passport validity dates.
For domestic travel, they do verify if the boarding pass belongs to traveler - that means they do check the expiry date.
If I were you, I will present the driving license and if they ask, I would present social security card, valid credit card and other photo id.

They do check your expiration date to see that it is valid. If I were you I would take anything that has a picture on it such as your passport (assuming you have one) if not, take your birth certificate. It depends on the person who checks you in. If there is a return flight invovled, just remember, just because they didn't give you any flack on one end of your trip.............doesn't mean they won't on the other end. They may except your expired drivers license and just make you a selectee which makes you subject to more search at the check point.

It would not be logical for them to ask for driver's licenses, since people traveling from other countries wouldn't have them. I would say that you should bring your passport if you have one, but if you would like to make sure that they'll let you board, I would call the airport you're departing out of and ask them if the TSA will let you board without proof of identity. NOTE: If you are just a terrorist wanting to get on a plane, go to hell.

It does matter that it is expired. However, you should still be allowed to fly. Expect to get extra attention through security. Bring other identification also such as a school ID, credit card, library card etc.

Domestic flight I assume? Do you have any other Photo ID? This is why you always check these things in advance sunshine! Contact the airline for a yes or no answer, they could give you some alternative.

Bring lots of additional identification, especially another photo ID (such as a passport or work ID). Sometimes they will ask for your social security or insurance card also.

Yes they will let you on. They wont even check your expiration date silly.

its still a valid ID even though its expired. your name and info doesnt change. Have a safe trip!
