Your metabolism is fast,

just shooting here but i would say peanut butter
peanut butter has allot of fat but the good kind
it has allot protein in it
peanut butter works both ways can help you lose or gain weight
hearty dinners
do not skip on the dinners lots of butter, gravy etc etc
allot of people have wimpy skanky breakfasts and hearty dinners
if you are trying to lose weight you eat a light dinner and hearty breakfast
but you want to gain weight so hearty meals for you
the person above said "eat five small meals a day"
its good to eat several small meals throughout the day if you wish to lose weight not gain weight
if i were you i would eat three hearty meals a day
there are shakes out there that can help with that
my bro was a skanky skinny lil boy once
he drank some shakes "boost"it was packed full of calories fat and protein
there are protein shakes and stuff out there that can aid in healthy weight gain
basically the angle for healthy weight gain is
high protein,high calorie

yes i believe that you can healthfully gain weight because is you are anorexic or close to it and only eat certain foods and then start eating healthfully and meats and so on then it is a healthy way of gaining weight because then you are consuming all of your food pyramid groups. Also if you are underweight then gaining weight is extremely healthy because you probably are not consuming a lot of protein, meats etc.

You can. You just have to eat foods that are high in protein, fat, and energy. Also, don't exercise as much. Still exercise, just not as much. Just make sure that you stay a healthy weight and don't go overboard.
