Im at home..super bored with nothing to do so i turn to food. I go to the gym too but that only last me for like 30 minutes.

And NO..i wont chew gum to keep me from eating i HATE GUM

and i try drinking water to keep me full..but then i constantly have to pee. eww

How old are you? Having to pee isn't "eww" it's how your body eliminates waste...the "eww" would be if you stopped peeing...trust me.

Drink water but don't drink a whole bottle at one time (that's what makes you have to pee)...drink it all day long...keep a bottle with you at all times and sip, sip, sip...

Also, keep junk food out of the house...if snacks aren't there, ya can't eat them...spend more time at the gym or out walking...30 mins isn't enough exercise to keep your weight down really...

And just exercise some self control...you can stop the snacking if you REALLY want to...find other things to do with your time...

Eat fruits and veggies. Keep a lot of already cleaned, precut veggies on hand with prewashed fruit. That way, you can have a healthy snack that will definitely fill you up, AND you don't have to have the hassle of prepping them before you eat them. Just grab and eat.

You could try getting a hobby such as sewing (which is more fun than you might think. I would try needlepoint or cross-stitching), learn to play a new instrument, do crafts (such as scrapbooking), or find new video games that grab your interest. There's plenty to do to keep you occupied other than eating!

Find something to do so you are not bored... answer questions here on Yahoo! answers, call a friend, watch tv, go ouside and take a walk (if its nice out) there are many things you can do so you are not bored.... If you do get bored and need to eat.... eat something healthy insted of junk food like chips and candy...... Just try to keep busy then you won't think about food!!

You stop by not letting yourself get bored. Invest your time and energy in something that is much more satisfying to your brain and psyche. Do you like to read, write, talk on the phone, make something, go for a walk, ride bikes, clean...?

Find out what is going on in your community and go participate in it. Walk the mall. Go to the park. Volunteer. Offer to do something for a neighbor or friend that needs your help. Use your imagination and take action...

Get up and do something. Clean, organize, exercise, take a walk, volunteer at a res thome/hospital, walk your dog, anything but eat. I sympathize cause I do the same thing. I took up cross stitching to keep my hands busy while I watch TV. Good luck

find some activity to keep you busy. Also, limit the amount of food around you if you have a problem. You don't have to eat just because your stomach grumbles a little. I think there is something called will power- try that??

Find something else to do....I used to do the same thing. What i did was when I wanted to eat, I went and got Yogurt or grapes or some type of fruit. you can't really overdue fruit. Or you can just put alock on your frige, but that's only if it's really extreme.

Get a JOB
Or at least find a hobby.
Use your imagination. There's NO reason why you should have to be bored.
Take a computer class.
Or an internet class.
Pot a plant.
Walk a neighbor's dog.

Stop being bored. Keep yourself busy. Distract yourself from food.
