An easy way to work out if you are the correct weight is to use the BMI index. Work out your weight in Kg, and you height in Metres. Then divide your weight by your height squared. This will give you a BMI number.
You will then need to compare your BMI to a standard chart for your age and gender. If you are between the 5th and 95th centile lines, then you are medically at a good weight. I would work this out for you but unfortunately dont know the conversion for American lbs to Kilograms and am sure it is not the same as for British lbs (Sorry!). You do however sound like you are at a good enough weight, on the face of it.
Even when you do work out what your BMI is, you shouldn't be ashamed of the way you look, or change because someone else thinks you should. Don't pay attention to the people at school calling you names, they are cowards who need to pick on others to make themselves feel better...usually because they don't have much going for themselves. If you feel healthy as you are...then don't change...(and if you are underweight... your mum will pick up on it first-and she's probably the most reliable source).

I think that at your age your weight sounds fine. If you are happy with your body then that's what matters. I know that with people calling you toothpick it might hurt your feelings. When I was around your age I was always a little chubby. I got picked on by other girls when I said I wanted to be a cheerleader. I got my feelings hurt a lot but I would never tell anyone.

NO I wouldn't say that you were under weight.
Maybe if you were like 14 then yes.
Just tell the people at school to shut up. or don't pay any attention to them.
