How come everybody is always talking about how the radical muslims are bashing christianity but nothing like this article I read on the net. (and yes I am trying to make a point):
Jewish Extremists Make Frontal Attack Against Christmas!
At this beautiful and thoughtful time of year, it is good to reflect and contrast our highest values to that of our traditional enemies. As all of you realize, the most beautiful and sacred traditions of the West are under attack. Jewish supremacists seek to use multiculturalism as a weapon to undermine our sense of tradition and culture.
This was illustrated in Seattle recently when an Chabad Lubavitch rabbi demanded a Menorah put up beside a Christmas tree. They at first refused because doing that violated the law forbidding public display of religious symbols, a legal battle which was sponsored by Jewish organizations to get Christian heritage symbols off of public grounds at Christmas. Then the rabbi threatened to sue with the result that t

that the Port authority cowardly took down the tree in the middle of the night. Only the outrage of millions of Christians in the Seattle area led the rabbi to back down. Jewish extremists have led the fight against Christmas, but they like to do their work behind the scenes as not to increase the awareness of the Jewish role in these actions. Few Americans are even aware that the Jewish campaign against Christmas and other European cultural and religious traditions is primarily financed and organized by Jewish organizations

I think calling them "Jewish Extremists" is a little... well... extreme, but you are right. Too many people want to judge others beliefs and belittle religions they dont agree with.
Everyone ought to mind their own business and worry about their own religious beliefs. You are responsible only for yourself

You people make me sick. "At this beautiful and thoughtful time of year..." Has it ever occurred to you that life is beautiful all year long, and that we ought to be thoughtful all year long, rather than only acting Christ-like near the time of his alleged birth???
So, a jew demands that aw public entity place his religious symbol next to the religious symbol of another religion. He is denied this, so he threatens suing the Port Authority. Rather than comply and put up a jewish symbol, the Christian based Authority found it more necessary to take down the display and then BLAME JEWS for it - when they easily could have erected a Menorah and have been done with it... then, you claim that Jews are ruining Christmas..... And then, you admit that because of OUTRAGE from Christians, the Port felt threatened enough to put the Christian display back up....nice to know you can inspire fear in Govts.....
Cant even managed to see through the smoke screens created by your own kind....

The intent of the rabbi was not to get rid of the Christmas tree, it was to have the menorah included. When that didn't work and they took the tree down, he backed off, but not because of the outrage of christians, he backed off because it backfired when they took the tree down. Christianity came from Judaism, there's no problem with menorahs, as a person I like them, and also as a christian I like them. He wasn't ever trying to get rid of christian heritage symbols, just thought it might be nice if for once, Jewish heritage symbols were included.

The campaign you cite was not an afront to exclude Christmas displays, but to INCLUDE Hanukkah displays in a holiday setting.
It was the choice of politicians to take down the Christmas Tree, and that was not the goal of the Rabbi.

190, 000, 000, Christians in this country and you are worried about what now?
A war on Christmas?
Christians are doing the best job "waring" on Christmas, turning it into a mass consumerism, gluttony fest.
I live across the water from Seattle and am very up to par on that story, you don't have it right, but do that research on your own, try the web site of the local paper, Seattle times is Republican slanted you might enjoy their take on it.
What does a decorated tree have to do with Jesus?

undesirable information is the two greater newsworthy (it incredibly is what we'd like maximum to hearken to) or there extremely is a liberal media bias (the media and the Democrats are on an analogous side). If we've been to hearken to good information, that is undesirable for the Democrat occasion fantastically if the Democrats did no longer reason the good factor to ensue.

I think that is horrible, I don't understand people I don't get offended when I see Jewish things at Christmas time. I think it is sad that people spend so much time fighting things like Christmas what a waste of time.

Some times we have to be stewards of our brothers.
Yeah, Your brother's keeper.
So take it in stride and gently help people see the light.
Some times it means preventing people from hurting themselves.
Oh, and I don't worry about Jews driving planes.

And the Christians are above reproach?
It was Jesus himself who said, "Let him who is without sin cast the first stone."
