OKAY FIRSTLY...
Who cares if she is muslim and you are catholic...
There is a life at stake and that is your child. You first priority should be the baby.
Secondly, both of you should leave your religions because obviously they did not work on teaching morals.
Thirdly, you guys need to grow up and THINK. I believe there is a God. Im not christian but if I was I would study with Jehovah's Witnesses. You guys need to find a common ground on religion. Talk to her, investigate the bible. Don't just believe what men say, study the scriptures and see for yourself who are the true followers of God.
Anyway, Good luck. But you guys have a responsibility now and that is the baby you BOTH are having.

well you should have though of all the consequences that may occur before you acted out but it's too late now you might not have a choice but to marry her whether you want to or not as most people would feel that it's the morally correct thing to do and her parents might want you to convert to their religion as that is their particular custom so you're screwed

unless she is not a strong mulsim - you will not be permitted to marry but then again you may be forced OR (hopefully not the case but....) she may be shunned by her family.
i hope you wouldn't convert just for the sake of conversion - that is not the reason. had the two of you discussed this before having sex?

I don't think there's any exceptions. You should not leave her. Although.. I don't think that just because there's a child on the way that you should marry her. If you love her I think you should work out your religious differences and be together. Think of the innocent child that is on the way!

You could just have a legal marriage and not celebrate it religiously.
I am guessing her family would not approve.
But people of any religion can get married by a judge. You don't have to be the same religion to get married.

Is it acceptable if you do not have a church marriage, just register at city hall, so you both can keep your faiths?
If not, be a man, convert and marry her.

She clearly isn't a practicing Muslim, you have to understand their is a difference between ethnicity (the family you are born to) and religion (the way you live). You can have her, she is like the rest of your women.

Worst case scenario?
She goes to jail for statutory rape or her family stones her to death, or both.
Best case scenario, if she was that Muslim she wouldn't have had premarital sex and she wouldn't have been with a non-Muslim such as yourself.
Ask relevant trusted adults in your life their advice. Ask your girlfriend what she thinks.
