yes i have and i am getting them now when i lean my head backwards i went to the doctor and described it to him as crackling rather than fizzing and he looked at me like i was mad i thought it may be my ears (wax shifting or something) he said it was not but when he looked in my throat i had a throat infection which he gave me antibiotics for. Best to see the doctor just in case but i think its probably just normal and something to do with ears/nose/throat dont worry you are not alone!

Ok, rule of thumb..when in doubt, talk to your Dr.
Why? Because, it can ease your fears. And if there is something to be worried about, which I doubt there is, they can perhaps help.
And no, you're not Daft. Stranger things happen everday.
As for the airbubbles, I remember having my ear pop a tad because of the airpressure. It's an odd feeling, but not really sure about feeling airbubbles. I've never thought much of it because I've had it happen on and off since I was a child.

Have no idea, never heard of that before, but I'd get it checked out at the doctors if you are worried, as any trapped air anywhere it shouldnt be might be dangerous. Its definately not normal.

It might not be air bubbles, but perhaps blood passing through vessels, which is normal, might sound or feel the same. Best to get it checked out.

go to a doctor--have your middle ear checked and check for cysts in the glands of the neck

Hmm, it may be spinal fluid shifting around in your head. As you mentioned you are worried about it, then go seek advice from your gp.

Go to the doctors and tell him your symptoms. It sounds like it might be your sinuses draining or something like that.

I don't think that sounds stupid at all but I have never had that happen to me. Sounds interesting though.
