I know that someone likes me and i like him but hes really shy how do i get him to ask me out without seeming desperate or pushy??

Well you know he likes you so just go up to him and talk and than give him a sign that he can ask you out

Be brave and make the first move. most guys like a cool and confident woman that can pull out a move like that. I have the same problem with a PRINCESS at my workplace and I'm still waiting for her to come and tell me if she really likes me or if she's just flirting! if she will tell me that she's really crazy about me, I will be the happiest man alive! good luck to you!!!

Why wait for him to ask you out? Just go ahead and ask him out. All he can say is no but he probably won't.

Well I have the same problem.

We met at a teahouse instead.

take the initiative and ask him out! invite him out for coffee, just you two, or to a movie with friends or alone. you'll find out that it may be easier than pushing him to ask you out.
