you could badly break your arm i guess...
that's what my friend did (not for that reason, obviously), and found he could both lick his elbow and touch it with his nose.
***DISCLAIMER***
i do not reccomend that you break your arm to lick your elbow. it will probably feel very unsatisfying...

it is possible, i did it at a party on new years eve, you have to get your arms really flexible and then squeeze it into you and bend up, if it feels liek its about to pop out of the joint, then quit trying, haha.
