Do exercises that work your buns to try to build up the muscles back there a bit...you probably can't get a big butt, but you can make it a bit more noticable...

SIMPLE. Cornbread and collard greens. and a few bun busteres you'll have a booty like J-Lo or better. She got her's by eating beans and rice. ha ha ha.

eat a lot of food but instead exercise the upper body and not the azz area!! hope it workz!!

exercise....i wish mine weren't so big being a guy....getting fat also gives you one but so is the rest of your body :P
