on trying to get pregnant soon. I am planning on working as soon as we move to the place we want to be(within 3 mos hopefully) I dont want to get pregnant then not be able to get a job in 3 months if I am showing and if I do get a job-I dont want to not have paid maternity leave. I just want to know what the laws are about this and if you have to tell a employer that your pregnant when they are interviewing you. thanks in advance

No you do not have to tell the person interviweing you that your pregnant. The laws very in every state. A business does not have to give maternity leave.

You dont legally have to tell the employeer if you are pregnant and they cant ask you if you are or are planning on becaoming pregnant. As far as leave goes: FMLA applies to a lot of buisness' but does not provide paid leave. If you have vacation and/or sick time saved up you can use that but the company does not have to pay you beyond that. Here is a site to help you out.
