I have cellulite on the back of my legs and I was wondering what I could do to get rid of it. What kind of exercises should I do and what should I eat? And I only want serious answers please.

I've read many articles that say you cannot remove cellulite, but I don't think that is necessarily true! I know moisturization is good for the skin. Using a good moisturizing lotion can help keep future fat build-up at bay, and diminish the appearance of cellulite dimples. Leg massages also stimulate the fat build-up, breaks some of the fat down. Drink lots of water because it is good for your skin altogether. And work out the muscles in your legs by doing an excercise like ballerina plies. Cardio is also very good because it burns callories and reduces fat build-up.

Most women have a little cellulite. It is even somewhat caused by the estrogen in our bodies. Even celebrities like Mischa Barton and Lindsay Lohan have cellulite. Lots of models and stars get air-brushed for photo shoots. So don't be ashamed if after you have done all you can to get rid of it and it is still there. It's part of being a woman.

Cellulite will DECREASE with fat loss and exercise, but there is no way to completely get rid of it. Squats and lunges done correctly are helpful, along with any kind of lower body cardio or exercises.

There are topical applications that will decrease the appearance of cellulite if applied daily. One of these is Jergens Firm and Tone. Apply daily and it will decrease. SELF Magazine did a great article on it where they took all of their women staffers who had it, and put them through different surguries/treatments/etc. The thing that worked better than everything else was Jergens firm and tone applied daily!
