You should be fine, especially if you have a lot of growth. I've relaxed with less time in between (4 months) and nothing went wrong. Just remember to condition your hair, so it doesn't get weak and break. Good Luck!

You can relax the new growth. Even though it was a no lye relaxer i would still be very cautious about getting any relaxer on the previously relaxed hair. Most women relax their hair every 3 months.

Well I do mine every 2-3 months. The back in particular grows quite fast and when I comb it it feels like I'm pulling my hair out so I know its ready, but I only do the new growth. I condition it after wards, I also try to wash and condition it at least once every 1-2 weeks. I find the best way to dry it is to either roller set using Organics hair moisturiser while its wet to add sheen, or to blow dry sections while using a round brush to make the hair smooth. It does take a long time but the results are great. Remember to keep hair wrapped when going to bed preferably with something satin or silk and avoid moisture.

Most people wait about 4-8 weeks I would suggest 8 weeks or longer so that you don't overlap into the perviously relaxed hair. Remember to relax your NEW GROWTH ONLY. 5 months should be more than enough time.

You shpuld wait 1-2 months after the relaxer has expired on your hair then do it again because you have to let uyour hair re grow and be fresh before you put the relaxer on again.

i think of it truly is reported to attend a minimum of 6 weeks in the past relaxing lower back so which you have adequate new enhance to prepare the relaxer to. i'm getting my hair comfortable a minimum of each 8 weeks and that i placed on it curly while it gets close. as much as now as what variety of relaxer to apply it relies upon on in case you pick your hair bone directly or in simple terms a softer texture. as far simply by fact the subsequent relaxer I recommend which you visit a expert and in case you like the outcomes you are able to ask them what product they used or in the event that they have any techniques so you might apply.

You suppose to do the new growth every 4 to 6 weeks only. Do not do the entire head, you will overprocess your hair.

well it depends on the brand and your hair...i get mine done with the CHI brand and it lasts a year, before i used that, i used Revalon's brand and it lasted 3-4 months. Ask the person who did it or if you did it yourself, a professional you trust that knows your hair.
