i know most chihuahua's are very full of attitude.
i have a teacup chihuahua, and she is the sweetest thing ever.
anyone else have a teacup or a regular chihuahua thats sweet?

i have one he is just the sweetest dog. but he is also lazy. sooo funny all the time he wants me to pick up and i have to take him out. and its soooo funny cause he thinks he is a human and snores like a human and then he rolls on his back like humans doo it soooo funny

My is the sweetest thing as well. She will be 10 yrs old in February, I've had her since she was 5 weeks old. My mother has one that's a bit evil :)...likes to bite when she doesn't get her way. I've been a vet tech for over 8 yrs and for the most part chihuahuas are the hardest to deal with. Most of them have to be muzzled in order to draw blood or even trim their nails. But, I got lucky w/mine, everyone always says, "I didn't think chihuahuas were that sweet" upon seeing mine. Btw, mine is a regular sized chihuahua around 7 pounds, her name is Biscuit. I'm glad you have a sweet one as well.....those little ankle-biting ones are giving our babies a bad reputation!!! :)

Well, I myself do not have a chihuahua but my bestest buddy does and she is the sweetest thing EVER !!!! But really, not all Chihuahuas are that sweet. I have a Chum who's little chihuahua is very mean, She does not make friends with just everyone, She is not really sweet at all,... She likes to bite alot!!! but anyways that just shows you that not all Chihuahuas are sweet and some of them can be mean!!! But don't be alarmed!!it doesn't mean that you can just classify all chihuahuas as mean i think it depends on the dog and not it's breed. But thats me hope I helped!!! Happy holidays~

First, there is no such thing as a teacup chihuahua. Chihuahuas are the smallest breed of dog in the world. For the show ring, they should be 6 lbs and under, but there is no mimimum.
Secondly, I was raised with chihuahuas and German shepherds. My mother started showing chihuahuas in '69 and started breding with her mentor shortly after that. ALL of her chihuahuas are social little dogs that love other people and small dogs; they do have that "bigger than thou" attitude with large dogs. Mu current two are very sweet social little dogs. But it makes a difference that they come from lines with good temperments and are very well socialized- they even get along with my 8 month old german shepherd puppy. As with any dog, it's all in how you raise them

Aren't Chihuahua's the most adorable little things you've ever seen? I own five chihuahuas, a male, a female, and their three little cuties. Mine are all very sweet.

my chihuahua is so sweet. she is calm most of the day and goes crazy and lets her energy out for about an hour in the afternoon. she loves to cuddle under the covers. she doesnt even bark much!

Yes I have one that I wouldn't take a thousand dollars for but she does have a lot of attitude.She doesn't really like anyone but me,and she want hardly let me out of her site.When I'm sitting in my recliner she likes to sit on my shoulder,she is also a very finneky eater...

I did have one chihuahua come in regularly for nail clipping who was very sweet.
The rest were just plain nasty.
