If that is the only symptom, it is probably allergic to something in the air. My cats do that once in a while and then they get okay. Usually it's at the same time something in the air or pollen or something is making my eyes water too.

My good friend has a cat with watery eyes as well. They took him in to a cat eye specialist (can you believe that they exist? I think that is insane!) and he was diagnosed to have a certain condition. I don't know the name of it, but it seems to only affect his eyes by making them water all the time. Sometimes a bit of goop comes out too, so my friend always has to be wiping them with a Kleenex. Your cat's eye watering might be the same thing, but who knows, it might be hinting at a more serious condition too. Get it checked out just to be sure. Best of luck!

If the cat developed those warning signs lately, i might want to signify to agenda an appointment with a vet. in all likelihood she were given kitty flu which extremely might want to change into persistent or might want to also be deadly if not dealt with or the different ailment which calls for treatment. even if the vet might want to assert that the cat is healthful in spite of those warning signs, it change into nicely worth it, because you'll do not ignore that she is healthful.

If your cat is young, she may have distemper. Could be a cold in her eyes, too. Cleanse her eyes with a warm wet wash cloth. If it doesn't get better in three days, take her to a vet.
