okay, I admit I did enjoy it and yes she is pretty nice looking! But I thought it was the end of the year and might as well as some outgoing dumb questions.

Probably. You should speak with the manager and explain that you were "sexually abused and harrased" by a female employee. Those are the key words to use. As for suing Walmart... not a chance. Their lawyers are probably the best in the nation. Nobody would want to to pursue this kind of lawsuit b/c it is too costly and chances of winning are slim to none.

You probably can. You'll probably win too. If a guy can spill his coffee on him and sue McDonald's and win, you could probably win. Wal-Mart might turn around and sue the employee, or they might try to make you sue the employee personally.

Honestly you can not sue walmart for that you can go and tell the manager about it and if he does not take evasive action over it then you can take it to the police but you can only file a report on the lady.

You need to tell Walmart immediately. They will probably fire her, but I don't think you can sue Walmart because an individual employee is being harassing, because I'm sure Walmart would say that "the actions of our employees is not our responsibility. we do not take liability for our employees" etc. etc. etc.

you can get the girl fired and sue her....but stranger suits have been filed against major companies so i guess it is worth a try if you have the money for court expenses....i am not sure that you will get far though...at least you could say you tried!

No, but you can probably sue her for a little bit. You should just tell on her and tell them if they dont fire her, to press charges

You can try, but we both know wal-mart will out her so you'll be suing her funds alone, and talk about how they don't condone that and do sensitivity training to save face.
