Been with my girlfriend for almost three years and i want to move on. How should i do it and when. I was gonna do it before chrismas and i changed my mind and we had a good time but now I am stuck the holidays just keep coming. Any suggestions ladies on what i should say and when. She is a good girl and I dont want to hurt her.

Don't make an event of it by taking her out to dinner , don't do it over the phone, don't just stop calling and coming by, don't write it in a letter, don't cheat on her and wait for her to find out, don't treat her badly and wait for her to break up with you, don't get someone else to tell her.
Do tell her straightforward as gently as possible. Make a clean break and don't try to be friends (that may come later but will just make it harder on her now).

move on like end it? there arent any good ways just be honest she will still be mad and hate you but at least you did it right good luck
