1. Increase your protein intake a little - not much, about 1-2 ounces a day. This means: instead of something with carbohydrates, like a cookie, bread, or sweets, eat a piece of cheese instead or some beef jerky.
2. Drink at least 1 glass of water before every meal. This helps your stomach feel fuller and also cleans out your system for the new food.
3. Stop eating when you're full. Eat slowly so your stomach can tell you when you're full before you've eaten way more than you need.
4. Get some exercise, participate in Gym classes in schools, doing a little bit more than what the teacher asks for.

"Curves" depend on fat, so your 'curves' can't be as full when you're not fat. You can, however, increase your bust size by doing weight lifting exercises that involve your chest muscles.
See if you can find a program on TV that teaches that.
If you can't find anything or don't have any weights, use a couple of empty Gallon milk containers filled with water to lift.
Feel the muscles near your breasts. Use the weights until you can feel those muscles bunch up.

The curves wont go away, only loomk better if you're your ideal weight. I doubt you want to lose more than 5 pounds or so. Any weight loss will come from fat, so your breast will get a little smaller if you lose weight...but that's okay. Just cut some of the snacking out, especially after dinner/before bed. Drink more water & exercise a little more if you need to.

You don't need to lose weight! You are perfect that's why you have your curves. If you just want to do something then tone, ask your mom or dad to buy you a pilates dvd or any dance dvd. You may look fat in the mirror but that is not a true way to gauge your body. Stay active and stay away from the salty, sugary greasy snacks. Boys love girls with curves.

I could be sarcastic, but I'll offer this with respect.
STOP EATING
Not in the strict sense, but in any attitude of JUNK or compulsion.
One can lose a pound a day very easily by ingesting no more than they expel every day, until an ideal weight is reached.
Certainly exercise helps, as long as it isn't just paces to the refrigerator or attempting to strong arm a bag of cheetos.
Also, do it gradually, even in your impatience, safely, without pills, or disorders like Bulimia.
"Weight" is just a "small" part of who you are,,,THE total you.
It helps also to LIKE yourself no matter all else.

You can try to exercise and do some sports... Maby you can go to a Gym and work of there. You can try a Treadmill, Weights, Lifting, swimming, and if you like videos Games you can try DDR (Dance Dance Revolution). Or you can work you but off in Labor.

You're in your perfect weight area. Plus, why would you want to lose your curves? They attract men :).
If you want to TONE then theres lots of exercises ( just google it. ) but i really don't suggest trying to lose weight.
