I recommended this to someone earlier. I quit smoking too, about 5 weeks ago. What helped me fight the cravings was sucking on those tiny Dum Dums lollipops. Since it provides a similar hand to mouth motion like cigarette smoking, it eases the transition. It's been working like a charm! Plus they are low in calories too. (If you are diabetic, find a similar sugar free solution.)

Anyway, congrats on going smoke free and best of luck!

Fight it girly- think of all the positive things that quitting does. NO more bad breathe or smelly clothes. No more stains on your teeth. Do something extra special for you lasting 5 weeks. Get a manicure and have confidence that the nails wont turn yellow. Get your teeth whitened. Just DONT SMOKE. Keep yourself occupied. Congrats on a GREAT job!
