Oh yeah, that's natural! NOT!!
Your weight is like you bank-balance. If you get paid, and don't write any cheques, you account fills up with pounds. If you eat a lot, and don't perform any excercise, or have an active life-style, your waist-band fills up with pounds.
Financially it's awful to have more going out than coming in. You are heading for bankruptcy. Nutritionally, it's great to have more calories going out than coming in. It means you are going to lose weight! Raise your metabolism. Walk every day, run if you can. Go take an aerobic class, get a good diet behind you, and use a vitamin and mineral supplement. Fresh fruit and veggies. No junk, no alcohol. I'm a forty year old male, 5'10", and a muscly 90 kilos, with a 32" waist and a 44 inch chest. That takes maintenance and will-power. Don't expect a magic pill to solve all your problems. Let the NHS spend their money on people who really need help.
You CAN do it if you really try!
Good Luck!

Doctors are very reluctant to prescribe tablets as most are addictive. It is all down to exercise and willpower
