Your sister should have been in the hospital long before this! If she really has appendicitis, it is lucky it has not ruptured already. It will take time to run the tests necessary for a diagnosis and, as the time passes, she comes closer and closer to a rupture if she has appendicitis. A rupture leads to severe complications and, if untreated or not treated soon enough, even death. I suggest she be taken to the hospital immediately so that it can be determined whether or not she has appendicitis and, if she does, so she can be treated. The recovery time prior to rupture is much shorter and easier than what occurs after a rupture. Please take her to the hospital asap.
