where could i find a nice design of either a welsh dragon or the three feathers?

Wales? just kiddin, theres loads of tattoo sites or ask your tattooist to design you one

Not a widely available design I agree, but please...don't look for "welsh tattoo" just find encyclopedias, postcards, history books, anything else about wales that doesn't have anything to do with tattoo design. You'll find something better and more original :)

Go into GOOGLE and type Three feathers or welsh dragon in the image section. That is where I got mine.

why dont you try drawing a design yourself or ask the tattoo artist to do it

Any chinese store. Go straight to the back where they usually have the fans hanging and ask anyone u see there. Mainly the old chinese stores
