Have a burger, enjoy life, and quit obsessing. As you grow older and develop, you're likely to gain a few more pounds (IMHO, you're already a tad underweight). It kills me how the world seems so obsessed with super-thin, sickly and underweight women.

You're fine. Don't listen to your sister about that kind of stuff. If you have some questions about your weight or anything like that, you can always go to your doctor, they'll know better than your sister.

I'm 14 and 5'3" as well. and I'm SURE that you are fine. No need to loose weight. maybe even gain a bit to go to 100?
