It depends on how much time you have and what your goal is (bulk or lean muscle). Powercleans, squats, and incline bench press are three exercises that work almost the entire body. Or you can arrange your workout in muscle groups.
Day 1 Back and Biceps
Day 2 Chest and Triceps
Day 3 Legs and Abs
Remember to warm up first, get 7-8 hours of sleep and eat healthy or you'll let your work go to waste.

I am an Private Trainer and Yoga Instructor. So, I tell my clients, both men and women, to do primarily mult-joint exercises. Squat/and or Leg Press, Bench/and or machine Press, Etc. Walk/jog/or swim. And of course, Yoga. I love this. See if it fits you. Take it easy, and work into this slowly. Don't burn yourself out. Take Hi-rep low weight days, and some Low-rep higher weight days. REST is necessary. Best of luck.. Bye now.
