Sam Houston is credited with using it as a battle cry for the battle of San Jacinto, where the Texans defeated the Mexican army and gained their independance.
Before sounding the charge, he proclaimed "Remember Goliad Remember the Alamo!!"
(Goliad was another battle where Texans were slaughtered by Santa Anna's troops)

I don't think anyone has ever said "remeber the alamo".

However, "Remember the Alamo!" was the battle cry at the Battle of San Jacinto.

I'm not sure anyone really knows exactly how to "remeber" anything.

The battle cry “Remember the Alamo!” comes from the troops in that San Jacinto battle led by Colonel Sidney Sherman.

Sam Houston said it as a rallying cry in the deciding battle for Texas independence from Mexico.

Pee Wee creepy Herman.

But the rallying cry originated from Sam Houston at the Battle of San Jacinto, fighting Santa Anna.

Wouldn't googling it be quicker than asking here? Just wondering.

Maybe Colonel Travis?
