it depends on where do you live , there are tablets form of it in Canada , not sure if tablets are also available in the states, but there are other derivatives if you want it for abdominal and urinary spams. i suggest doing a search at a health information center like http://google.com/coop/cse?cx=007185308018807068018%3Ax2z07lqx3mg with gives you professional information from trusted health websites.

Need a prescription for it, if you have a doctor go to him and complain of air motion sickness he probably will give you a patch. Funny, you should mention that particular drug I have been a nurse going on 9 years and administered a scopolamine patch for the first time to someone the other day for excessive secretions.

I've been on a cruise ship in the Bay of Biscay where there was a nine metre swell and I must admit that I took to my berth (less chance of nausea if you are lying down). The ship's Medical Room will prescribe either tablets or an injection if people are ill in very rough weather, but if you are prone to motion sickness, take something like Stugeron with you, just in case. Mostly the movement on a cruise ship is very slight and you aren't really aware of it (and I'm a poor sailor).

Well, a licensed physician can write a prescription for you...that is the most legal way.

As for the illegal ways, I don't know any.

It's a prescription drug so you'd need to see a doctor.

Scopolamine is used criminally as a date rape drug. Therefore it runs too high of a risk for someone to share that information with you, as you may be using it for that exact reason.
