Yes. God's voice is not always audibly heard. Sometimes it comes as a whisper. Other times it is loud. He may impress a certain passage of scripture on your mind, or even bring a person or situation to your attention so that you may pray for that person or situation. Christians need to be constant students of the Bible and spend time in prayer so that they may learn to discern God's voice and distinguish it from personal thought and avoid mistakes. After all, some of us tend to have vivid imaginations (I am one of them).
God's presence can truly be felt, specially during worship. It can be an overwhelming feeling, a rushing wind such as that described in the book of Acts on chapter 2 when the Holy Spirit came to baptize the apostles with fire.
The Christian faith, the only true faith, is where you find these experiences. All other faiths are simply fairy tales. Jesus said that you would know the tree by its fruit.

A lot of people think that praying is a one way conversation. NO IT IS NOT!! God does speak and reveal things to you. For me, it is not really an audible voice but I have an example that will show you what I mean. Sometimes while I am praying, I have a very strong feeling that I am to stop and pray for a particular person- sometimes about a particular thing that I do not even know is going on in that persons life. He leads me to pray specifically. Sometimes I will tell that person later that at a particular time the Lord led me to pray, and what about, and they will say, how did you know? That is exactly what I was struggling with. God reveals Himself to people in different ways.

God loves us, hears us, and all prayers that are in His will His answer is sure. God isn't a jennie in a bottle, he's Father, writer, and Holy. He does assume us to be obedient to His will. remember, the only requirement for Adam and Eve to stay in Eden became ~ obey. perhaps we would desire to continuously check out our religious situation with Him. "14 if my human beings, who're mentioned as via my call, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek for my face, and turn from their wicked tactics; then will I hear from heaven, and could forgive their sin, and could heal their land" (2 Chronicles 7:13-14)

Yes, you can feel God when you pray. I feel Him directing my thoughts towards what He wants me to be aware. Once I even said something out loud that startled me, God was making sure I got the message He was sending me. It was my voice, but His words.

You can hear God, but not with physical ears, with spiritual ears.
Revelation 3:20 `Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.
Only those born of God have spiritual ears to hear.
John 3:8 "The wind blows where it wishes and you HEAR the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit."
Feelings should not be trusted, they come from the soul, not the spirit.

In Buddhist we said that most of the voice you heard come from yourself.Day you think and night you dream.Try it yourself.Think of something and kept thinking of it every second .You dream it at night.Voice or dream of anything that you did not ever think of is from our past life or beyond.

Isayah 59:1-3, 6-8, 12-15—
1 Behold, Yahweh's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; nor His ear heavy, that it cannot hear.
2 But your own iniquities have separated you from your Father; and your own sins have caused Him to hide His face from you, so He will not listen.
3 For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; sin. Your lips have spoken lies, your tongue has muttered perverseness.
6 Their webs will not serve as clothing, nor will they cover themselves with what they make; their works are works of iniquity, and the act of violence is in their hands.
7 Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood; their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths.
8 They do not know the way of peace, and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made themselves crooked paths; whoever walks on them will not know peace.
12 For our transgressions are multiplied before You, and our sins testify against us; for our transgressions are with us, and as for our iniquities, we know them__
13 In transgressing and lying against Yahweh, and turning away from following our Father, speaking oppression and rebellion, conceiving and uttering from the mind words of falsehood:
14 So judgment is driven backwards, and justice stands afar off, for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.
15 Yes, truth; the Law, is suppressed; and he who departs from evil; upholds the Law, is accounted as mad; makes himself a prey! Yahweh saw this, and He saw the evil that there was no justice in the last days. The Savior also pleads with you to repent of breaking Yahweh's Laws, saying that if you do not you will perish.
