Well he's into you but he likes the way it is right now. See, he has commitment issues and the truth is he himself is not quite ready to go there with you. It sounds like u yourself are a little bit not quite there as far as breaking it off. My guess is that you two have been intimate. If so, he really likes that he can have you and not be in a serious relationship where he would be tied down. That is the the current situation as far as his mind state.
Now if you want advice on whats next, u dont seem to be too happy with your present boyfriend or u wouldnt be here asking that question. But no one wants to miss a chance at love so u should find if u want to leave something that u already know for the unknown. Or stay put and have this guy on the side and make a decision if eventually the two of u see it fit to go further for real. Then again I think ur the one man type of girl. So like he said u have to choose what you want. Just remember the breakdown as far as the two guys are concerned. U know ur options and what u really want. (Seems u have problems with the present relationship. Holla at me if u need help with that cause that might be the real issue... ;-)

The questions should be which guy do you want to be with? It sounds like you are interested in the other guy and still have your boyfriend. Take some responsibility for what appears to be your own actions and make a choice between the two. Don't be duplicitious. If the choice you make doesn't work out, don't blame anyone but yourself either. This whole deal is on you right now it sounds - so.......
