all people have thoughts like that from time to time. it`s impossible not to. ur right they are a coping mechanism. i used to think there was something wrong wiv me for getting thoughts like that but the more i learn about people i found that pretty much most people have felt like that at least at some point. the reason ur finding it hard to get over him is because u work at the same place. really i think the only thing u can do is try find a job somewhere else and see it as a new start. it`s never a good idea to get involved wiv someone where u work. good luck wiv ur future and i hope this helped

If you really feel that spending the rest of your life in gaol for murdering someone who didnt care about you - then fine.
Personlly I think your time would be better spent thanking your lucky stars that you found out before you married that the man in your life didnt return your love, rather than go through a marriage, and divorce.
I would think the majority of the Worlds population has had their hearts broken by a member of the opposite sex at some point or other, and if they all saw murder as a solution we would be fast running out of eligible people.
You say you sufer from depression - get yourself to your doctors, get some professional help. Alternatively I have just been recommended St Johns Wort which you can buy from any herbalist to help with depression.
No man, no matter who, is worth taking either your own life for, or doing a stretch in jail for. Life is far too precious for that - ask anyone who has lost a loved one .

People with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder sometimes get recurring thoughts of this nature but are scared and horrified when that happens. Maybe you are angry and stressed and those thoughts are allowing you to relieve your tension, then you feel giddy and happy. That's definitely not healthy and does not sound "normal". Get to the family doctor and explain whats going on. He may refer you to a pyschologist or psychiatrist for treatment.

At last a question i can relate to. Dont think its normal it is however a true reflection of how he makes u feel. U r not in love with him just the idea of being with him and the whole couple thing. Or maybe u really are and he doesnt feel the same. Stay away or if it makes u feel better get revenge, but try and find some1 who dont make u feel like killing them in t meantime.

well in times like that it is best if u just play plain ignorance. act as if u don't care either and try to turn the table on him. do stuff to him so he would feel the same way. it is not normal if u continue to have these thoughts then i suggest u to seek professional help.

So you think about killing him or yourself because he is not with you?
Is it 'normal' heavens no. Is it ok to think it and not act on it, sure, why not?
If it helps you feel better and as long as you dont ACT out on any of these thoughts, do what you do babes!
Now if you are suicidal, please call your local crisis network...

you should watch the movie 'punch drunk love'. you'd relate to it perfectly.
as for him messing around with your feelings... he might feel that acting any other way in a professional environment is inappropriate. you should talk to him about it. get his side of it and not just make assumptions.

we all get irrational thoughts in our head, it becomes a problem when you carry out what you think.
your cool, speak to him though and tell him the situation.
