The easiest way to learn golf like a pro is by following "The Simple Golf Swing" program. It's primarily a 31 page eBook that teaches golfers how to make solid contact with the ball, how to avoid hitting fat, how to avoid slicing, how get more power, accuracy, and consistency in your swing. Consistency being the number 1 golf skill.
You not only get the eBook though, you also receive a ton of extra material including video, lessons on putting, driving, chipping, sand play etc. Here is their official site: http://www.golfswingguru.net

my clubhead speed is 400mph the tours clubhead speed is about 75 and the seniors is 50 I hit it 465 yards of the toe and 510 on a good solid shot. The tours swing really is about 125 I guess and the seniors is about 110. the lpga is about 100-120 same as the seniors the the max for pga tour is about 145 I think for bubba Watson maybe. Tiger is 132 or so.

That depends... if you want the clubhead speed for the driver, it's more compared to let say a wedge. Since you mentioned driver, I think they are averaging about 130-135 mph. I believe the long ball hitters like TIger, Bubba, Camillo... they may be in the high 130s and low 140s.

touring pro's have a swing speed of 125 to 157, normaly,, anything more than that, there swinging out of there shoes, and 9 times out of 10, there ball will not hit the fairway, even tiger gets wide of the fairway swinging to fast at the ball.

it ranges from around 95-135. and remember it doesn't matter the speed (which will allow more distance) it's if you can get your scores where they need be.
My speed is ~105 (yep i'm a big hitter) and that gives me some good 300 yd drives
Its fun being young and flexible

around 110-120mph, radar in a computer can calculate ball speed and club head speed, yes graphite or steel(whichever they prefer, there isn't a minimum club head speed needed to be on tour you just need to shoot good.
