Whether you are on vacation or not, generally speaking, drinking water is a good way to make you more regular. Also, drink coffee. Coffee is a diuretic. Every morning at work, I drink a couple of cups of coffee and then have a really good bowel movement late in the morning. Try it!

No, your are not alone there. I have the same problem but at home I am so regular its not funny. I think its just because we are polite and dont want to stink out someone elses space, I cant really advise on the solution, maybe carry around a can of spray disinfectant to give the loo a good clean when done might make you feel a little easier, burn some insence outside the door to create a smoke screen !! I have to go to my in laws tomorrow for the night so please think of me on Monday morning !!

I even have never heard of a vet giving meds 'in case he had a reaction'..... to ordinary vaccination. What have been the meds? What 'difficulty' is he having poohing? Passing a stool, or in line with risk not likely (constipation)? Frankly i will basically recommend you communicate on your vet approximately what may well be happening including your canines. upload - What 'reaction' did he have that made you think of he needed a number of this drugs? upload 2 - ok, so this wasn't habitual pup vaccination? Sorry, I have not have been given any journey of vaccine for Lymes' so lower back, i could call the vet approximately what may well be happening.

Yes, when it is for several days or longer. The body and nervous system is sensitive to the changes around and the different food eaten. Several years ago I went on a week-long cruise with my mother and she had the right idea, she brought an enema bag with her.

Yes... one of those unpleasant things in life.... Me too always have trouble. I do find that if I eat the All Bran cereal which is really hugh in fibre, it does the trick. Try and drink as much water as you can, also warm water more so than cold.

My mom has the same issue. Every time she's on vacation somewhere or at another person's house she gets all stopped up. It's amazing how the body works.

i always freak out when it splashes me when i'm not in either the toilets in my beach house, or the toilet in my other house. when i'm anywhere else, even if i tell myself that it's clean water, i just get grossed out.
i can do my business though, i don't have trouble going.

That is very common. You are less comfortable which makes it harder. I have the same problem, but with peeing. I have a "shy bladder".
