You need to be just as sexy, athletic, and just as popular as he is. It's not something for nothing. You have to work hard on yourself before you can attract brainless shallow hulks.

Girl, sounds like you are OBSESSED.. not good.. take some time out and smell the roses. There is more to life than wanting and needing someone.. who might not even know you exist...Sounds like he doesn't or you would not be here asking for our help in getting him.. This is not love.. Love is not Obsessive. Pining and hungry to owe or have another person, no matter what, is not love.
Love is steady and warm. Love is not selfish and not greedy. Love makes a person think not about their needs or wants but rather the needs and wants of the other person being loved.
Try talking to someone about your feeling and what is happening to you, you really need to get some control or a hold on yourself. Talk to your mom, mom's are always good to talk to..
Find yourself a hobby, I think you have too much time on your hands and you are wasting it just thinking about this guy and your imagined needs and wants. Oh by the way, wanting him because he is a Sexy Dude, a Jock and Popular just means you really do not know him, not the real guy inside..You want him for what you see and he might not even be what you see. trust me... you don't want or need this guy. 4 out of 5 of my "jock" friends from high school (graduated 2002) didn't ammount to anything but grocery bag boys and deadend job holders. but if you still have no care for the future, try throwing yourself at him. they always bite good bait. oh yeah, wear protection. you don't want to get stuck with a jock.

if he doesnt already flirt with you and act like he likes you then i cannot help you because i am not cupid. but if he acts like he might like you then go a head and flirt and give him the signals so that he can see that you like him, and then back off. see if he will chase you. if not...he is not interested.
