No. Because if you TRULY love someone then you don't go around doing things that will hurt them.

That is complicated. Ideally no, because when you cheat there is a reason for it - something is wrong in the relationship or the relationship is dead on some level. So I guess there could be some love there, but it can't be 100% if you are cheating.

No. If you love someone you would respect them enough to either not go with the other person, or to break off the relationship before going with the new person. Cheating is betrayal. Sorry.

Far too many possibilities here.

However, the one answer that fits every possible reason is that the cheating person isn't getting what he/she desires at home. Whether that's feeling attractive still to others, a specific kind of sexual encounter (specific acts or actions during sex), admiration, a feeling of security, whatever... it usually boils down to something not received at home. And, you might also keep in mind that these folks often do not tell or have stopped trying to tell their partners what it is that's missing.

Good luck.

Sure. The person you love could be absolutely great; except for sex. If it's terrible, it can be really tough resisting the other flesh that's tempting you.
I guess it depends; I don't know about the men; but I've read that women cheat on men because they don't feel secure in the relationship in the first place.
I was in one relationship where the sex was terrible, and that sent me looking; and eventually packing.

well, lust and love sometimes get confused.
yea i think you can love and cheat, with external influcences causing the cheat to occur like
alcohol,
drugs,
lack of communication
not enough sex with your partner
(the list continues) however if you were to cheat any love your partner has for you will go, it will be a painful heart breaking experience that NO ONE should go through. so its best to break up with the person AND THEN have sex, that way you are not being a complete A*&^!

Cheating is a sign that the relationship isn't healthy. However, I do belive that you can love someone, even if you hurt them by doing this.

yes you can love someone and still cheat on them.... but it just goes to show that u are a selfish person and u don't care about your loved one feelings!!but i don't get it. why cheat on someone if u love them??? you might think you love that person but truly u don't love them as much as you think because if you did you wouldn't even THINK about cheating on them

Yes...Absolutely. Cheating is just a weakness, and really doesn't have anything to do with how much you love someone else.

Yes. Sex isn't about love it's about biology. But if you're cheating and you're heart is in it, the cheat most likely doesn't love the significant other.

Nope.

Love is respect, admiration and trust. You don't cheat on someone you respect. If you admire someone, you certainly don't want them to think less of you. And if you cheat, you can't expect the other person to trust you.
