1 cup = 16 tbsp
so
10.667 tbsp = 2/3cup
1 tbsp = 3 tsp
so
10 tbsp + 1 tsp = 2/3 cup

1 cup = 16 tbsp (1 cup = 240 grams)
2/3 cup = 160 grams
160 grams : 15 grams(1tbsp) = 16 tbsp

16/3 = 5.3333333333...
So... in 2/3 cup, there are approximately 10.666666666... Tbsp.
Personally, I would just measure 10 Tbsp (1/2c. + 2Tbsp) and then eyeball the 2/3 of a Tbsp.
