"Heaven" is what priests use to bribe young boys into sleeping with them. It is supposedly a magical land filled with angels and pixies, where all your dreams come true. But in reality it is just another made up realm that would, if it actually existed, be filled up with 1000 year old dead people.

Good ole Pascal's Wager.

Some people did become religious because they fear Hell.

And it makes one wonder just how moral such a person is. He is religious only to avoid punishment. If that threat of Hell were not looming over him, what would he do normally?

Not to mention, those people actually think they can fool God by falsely siding with him out of fear.

I have respect for many Christians, but I have none for a Christian who says, "You should be a Christian in order to avoid Hell." Hypocrisy alert.

Became religious for the later. Not out of fear, but out of the hope for a better place, conquer death and it is quite a good time too.

I believe what I do because it makes sense. I have faith in what I believe because I can come to a logical conclusion and am satisfied that it is the truth.
