for the 3rd time. what do i do.
on the 2nd of january we will have been dating a year.
i love him i really do.
what can i do to get over him.
or at least help.
it happened 2 days ago.
and the last 2 days have been miserable..i ended it.
for good.
help please.
this ssucks.

Good job for dumping him, he doesn't deserve you. Spend lotsa time with friends just relaxing and having fun. Meet new people. You may not forget him or forgive him, but at least you can have a good time.

I can see that you really like this guy and seems you have a pretty strong relationship but I don't if this guy is exactly worthy of your affection. He cheated on you three times not even once. Maybe this love of yours is just getting mixed up with confusion. I think you did the right thing by dumping him. If he realy loves you back and practically begs you.... then think about taking him back. But I wouldnt reccomend getting back with him until hes cooled down and you have a bit of time to get your thought, feelings and emotions into place.

Two things come to mind
#1- Dump anything that belongs to him so you never have to reminded of it. If it is something of value, stash it away or better yet give it to a friend to hold on for you until later.
#2- Take a 'Girls Night Out'... meet friends, have fun, get blasted, who cares..... put it all behind you. Whatever you do...don't wallow in self-pity...somewhere deep inside you saw this day coming and mentally knew it would happen eventually.
#3- Once you have left the thought of this loser behind you for good, pull out everything that remains and have a real PARTY getting rid of it all......

The best advice I can give is get the book "I Used to Miss Him But My Aim Is Improving." It was the first book I read after my divorce that put a positive spin on being without him. Get active... hang out with your girlfriends more. Go out to Starbucks with a book and read while you drink your coffee by yourself. The only person who can truly make you happy is you. Remember that.

sleeping with some random guy isn't going to take away your pain, if anything you'll wind up feeling guilty and cheap. please stay away from this guy, he's not the best person for you, and if he genuinely cared for your feelings he wouldn't have cheated on you multiple times. spend time with friends, go for a walk, take long bubble baths, do anything to keep your mind off of him. and don't take him back, he doesn't deserve someone as awesome as you!! take time to heal, it's okay to hurt and cry and be sad, but you WILL heal, and you WILL move on, and you WILL find the man of your dreams. and when you do, you'll look back on this loser and think "what the hell was i thinking wasting all of those tears on him??" good luck, and keep your chin up. you'll get through this okay.

Get a backbone gal! He playing with your life when he cheats. We live in the age of vast STD's you should cry your tears for a day or two, then look at yourself in the mirror, realize you are the most important person in your life and then live your life.

do not go back to him no matter what you do. Time will heal your scars, and until then occupy your time with the things you like doing. Go out with friends, get a job, pick up a new hobby. F*** me once, shame on you

if he is a cheater you need find someone else who loves you for you and who would never cheat to get over him write a song about how bad he is or write down all the things that you like about your self

You need to dump him and move on. That is the only solution. Don't listen to others who advise you to do something that you don't want do to as a method to get even with him (sleeping with one of his friends). The healthiest thing to do is simply to move on.
