The ingredients in Nature's Choice (Natural Choice, you mean, right?) kinda look to me like a bunch of fillers. I wouldn't buy it personally.

I feed my dogs Natural Balance Ultra Premium Dry dog food. They love it. Here's a list of the ingredients in Natural Balance...

Chicken, Brown Rice, Lamb Meal, Oatmeal, Barley, Duck Meal, Potatoes, Carrots, Chicken Fat (preserved with mixed tocopherols), Tomato Pomace, Natural Flavor, Canola Oil, Brewers Yeast, Fish Meal, Salmon Oil, Lecithin, Whole Ground Flaxseed, Potassium Chloride, Choline Chloride, Inulin, Taurine, Spinach, Parsley Flakes, Cranberry, Lysine, L-Carnitine, Yucca, Kelp, Vitamin E Supplement, Iron Proteinate, Zinc Proteinate, Copper Proteinate, Ferrous Sulfate, Zinc Sulfate, Copper Sulfate, Potassium Iodide, Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B-1), Manganese Proteinate, Manganous Oxide, Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin A Supplement, Biotin, d-Calcium Pantothenate, Manganese Sulfate, Sodium Selenite, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B-6), Vitamin B-12 Supplement, Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2), Vitamin D Supplement, Folic Acid (Vitamin B).

ADDED>>>>I read the other person's answer about Bil Jac, I looked up the ingredients and I didn't like what I saw...

Fresh Chicken By-Products (Organ Meat Only), Fresh Chicken, Corn, Chicken By-Product Meal, Dried Beet Pulp

Those are the first 5 ingredients listed above. By-products, corn, and more by-products. No thanks. Wouldn't feed my dogs that.

ADDED>>>Chicken Soup for The Dog Lover's Soul looks like something I would try with my dogs also.

Nutro used to be a the best food out there but not anymore that stuff is junk. That food is made in China. The foods that are good are and all manufactured in the good old USA... Wellness, Core Eagle pack holistic select Innova, Evo Canidae Azmira Merrick Stay away from the foods listed below. They are all loaded with by-products, corn, wheat, fillers. None serve any nutritional value to your dog and will just make your dog poop more because there is nothing good in the food that can be absorbed into the body. So everything is passed... Iams Eukanuba Nutro Science Diet Ol'roy pedigree Authority Purina Alpo Friskies And basically any foods purchased at a grocery store.

Nutro's Natural Choice is actually quite a good food. I know dogs who thrive on it.
However, it depends on which of the formulas you are using.
I personally would choose either "Ultra" or "Lamb and rice" formula if you are going to continue on with this food.
ALso recommended...Natural balance (pricier), Wellness (pricier) or, my favorite.....raw diet. Royal Canin also makes a really good food...my pet peeve about them is that they buy out competitors and are trying to corner the market so I won't buy it (but that's just me).
If your dogs are doing well, are healthy and enjoy the food, I would not change. I understand that ingredients are different from food to food but not all foods are palatable to all dogs. Some cause allergies and reactions. If your dogs have neither, their coats are good and they are healthy, you are doing well by them.
I agree that there are better quality foods out there BUT depending on budget and number of dogs, they may be too much.

Different foods do different things for different dogs. If it's working well for your dogs and your bank account, continue to use it. It seems to have decent ingredients and I myself have used it with success on both cats and dogs. Best wishes!
