You actually expect someone to answer for God, I can not. I can tell you what the Bible says of sin. We live in a corrupt and sinful world, wars, disease, hunger, are all the result of our sins, if there were no sin, we would still be living in Eden thus no war, only love. We only have ourselves to blame for war and all other destruction. God has given us all a chance for the perfect world (Heaven) the choice to take him up on his offer is yours . If you want perfection seek and ye shall find, God never promised us a Rose Garden on earth, he said he would walk with us, and when when couldn't walk anymore he would carry us. Our Rose garden will be in Heaven, Thank God for second chances. God Bless

Only Allah knows that; For God knows what we know not. I think that some times better situations comes after conflicts. Looking back at the civil war; the 1st golf war; the removal of the Taliban; and the lessons we learn in Vietnam.

I will call him God but that is besides the point. God may be perfect however the creation of God is not perfect man is in fact a flawed and faulty creature. That is the simple answer but to elaborate God has given us free will to choose our own actions including the rejection of him, as well as the rejection of our fellow man or woman based on whatever reason we may choose from a nearly infinite list.

To tie it all up our ability to excise free will is at the core of the matter and God will allow us to do whatever we want with it. Ultimately we are subject to his authority in death or in life but in life we have the choice to listen or not to listen.

First to Dafina, God, the One True God, is YHWH (pronounced yaw-whey). He is El (Hebrew equivalent for Deity) of the Jews, and Father of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior. YHWH is a pro-noun, that is His' name, just like Jesus is the name given to Him who hung on the Cross.
God, in the English language, can easily be muted down to simply mean "deity", a reference to the existence of a supernatural being.
On the other hand, Allah is the pro-noun of the (false) deity Muslims worship. (which is exactly what Satan wants to happen)
Allah is not real, in the sense that I am real, and you are real, and the tree outside is real, and the computer is real, and the Internet is real, but sadly, Allah is not real, in the same sense that Mickey Mouse is not real.
Now, to the question at hand, if you want to separate "God" with the understanding that "God" means "Our Father who art in Heaven", God of my fathers, "God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob", "God" as Christianity means it; from "Allah" god of the Muslims, then the latter half of your question is simple - "Allah" is no more capable of preventing wars than "Mickey Mouse" is capable of changing the color of your hair, or the car you drive.
If you are interested in understanding why YHWH/God, I AM THAT I AM allows wars, and on occasion chooses to cause them, start with Revelation, as it lays out the what and how, related to the End of Time, and this World. I'll give you my paraphrased notes - "God is going to blow EVERYTHING to nothing" (see link Rev chs 6-8)
Then start reading (preferably in Genesis). The further you get into the Bible, the more you will see God at work. (if you get bogged down by the genealogies and some of the repetitious parts, you might consider skimming over those the first time around. You may not have a complete understanding of all of the history, but make sure you really pay attention in Joshua, and 1st &2nd Samuel.
You may want to pass over the Song of Solomon if you are unmarried, as it is about the beauty and majesty of sex as God meant it to be. When you have a proper understanding of what the text says, you will know just how HOT it really is. Before Jesus' day, the Jews restricted its reading to men, who had to be married, and middle-aged. The prophets basically say the same thing, the American-English equivalent is "Turn or Burn". I do encourage reading them, just bear in mind it takes effort, determination and desire. Once you get to Song of Solomon, or just after, consider skipping ahead, the first time around, to Mark or John, then Acts, Romans, and straight through to Revelation (yes, read it again). Once you have gone through all those, the reason why YHWH chooses to permit everything that He does will make sense.
Let me ask you something - Would you be more pleased if your child loved you unconditionally because you said that is what he/she is ordered to do without question? or - If you gave the child a choice, and he/she chose you and you alone, simply because he/she recognized just how wonderful you truly are? With free will comes opportunity, the choice of whether or not to rebel.

we've been listening to from the Bush administration for 5 years now that we are prevailing the conflict, we are turning the corner, we are making progression, and so forth. It hasn't been genuine all alongside, so why would desire to human beings have faith it now? The Iraqi government has no capability over the Iraqi human beings. They see that WE picked their government, and that they do no longer evaluate it valid. (Likewise the government in Afghanistan). Meet me returned right here in seventy two hrs and we are going to see if the Iraqi puppet government replaced into able to disarm the militias. 8^D

Because he is an ANGRY and JEALOUS GOD and everyone needs to be shaking in fear as the old testament tells you.

Its just a ploy created by ancient poeople to "control" other people and steal(oil???) from the less fortunate or other countries.

All in the name of God/Allah

And then they say Praise God
or Allah Ho Akbar!
hypocrites!

GOD gave man free will and power the rule over the earth. When other "gods" are created praise and worship are taken from the Father. As long as their is more than one God their will be no peace. God once gave peace to the world, his son Jesus. No one wanted peace so we killed him. So till the end of times their will be no worldly peace.

I dont think god allows it. But Man do it in HIS name. So they can be righteous and be on the "right" side. They need to justify it and who else to use to justify than the highest being who can't answer back.
